When you purchase your Orgapack battery bander from us we include two rechargeable batteries as well as direct service and support. We have found that many companies do not include the spare battery and offer a slightly lower price, not to mention if you have a question, the inability to support the bander. We will not "refer you to the manual" or manufacturer. Our in house bander service center directly takes care of all of your needs, you will not be passed off to the manufacturer or another distributor when you buy your banders from Traditional Tool Repair,Inc.. We are here for you before AND after the sale.
