Poly strapping tensioner for 3/8in. ~ 3/4in. plastic strapping. Both Polyester PET and Polypropylene PP banding. This tensioner tensions and cuts the banding. There would be an additional tool needed ,a poly sealer, for sealing the strap, if not used with wire buckles.
